Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Booksellers and retail outlets
We have a generous 60 day return policy for bookstores and retailers. If you bought the item directly from us, reach out to us at support@FromTheRockies.com for return processing and information.
How to return your item
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Books are especially sensitive to proper handling so worn, stained, or bent covers, and folded pages, make the item ineligible for return.

Please be sure to include a copy of the receipt (proof of purchase) for the book you intend to return. If your return request is accepted, we’ll send you details of how to get the item back to us.

Damages and issues

Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not accept third party returns. If you bought your book from a bookstore or retailer, take it to the place of purchase for a return.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
Exchanges
We will gladly make an exchange for you, if your request is approved. Please reach out to us if you need an exchange.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
