Shipping policy

Our books use the latest technology called "Print on Demand" which is what many booksellers use.  This means the book is only printed upon an order, reducing inventory costs and allows us to enhance the book whenever needed.   Print on Demand often adds approximately five days to the time the order is shipped.  Sometimes more, sometimes less, but print-on-demand is the way publishers can sell books with the freshest content.  We appreciate your patience and know you'll be getting the latest up-to-the-minute version of the book.

Products ordered on this site are shipped using the method you choose.  We may, at our discretion, enhance the shipping method (at no extra cost to you) if it reduces the time it may take to receive your order.  We do not offer refunds on shipping expenses you incur when ordering a product from our site.
